Jenelle Taylor - Criminal Intelligence Analyst

Jenelle Taylor of the Twin Cities MSGIS program was recently hired as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension in St. Paul, MN. Jenelle will be working within the Predatory Offender Investigations (POI) unit. The POI is a newly created unit that is its own entity in the BCA. Her responsibilities will be assessing non-compliant predatory and sexual offenders to create a method to determine their potential risk to the public. Jenelle will also be spearheading a project to use advanced GIS tools to map offenders.
Jenelle is working on wrapping up her course work in our part-time evening program and has previously worked with the MN Department of Corrections while pursuing her MSGIS education with Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Jenelle, congratulations! We all wish you the best with your new career!
