Jesse Pearson - Kowalski Site Location Study

Jesse Pearson recently completed his MSGIS graduate project entitled "A Comparative Business Site-Location Feasibility Analysis using GIS and the Gravity Model" determining favorable locations to build future Kowalski's Markets. Jesse recently presented to Kowalski's management, and they commented that they will be considering the sites that the GIS study identified. Jesse used demographic census tract data from the two most profitable markets to come up with six key criteria for analysis. Using these criteria, a list of final recommended site locations was created.
