Goodnature & Zeimetz - Internships

The Department of Resource Analysis is proud to announce that Michael Goodnature and Scott Zeimetz, both of the Winona RA program, have been selected for the two GIS Intern positions for the City of Rochester's Department of Public Works for the upcoming suMMer.

Michael and Scott will be working to build the city's storm sewer GIS dataset through database modification, metadata development, and plan research. They also will be assisting coordination with the improvement of the Public Works Internet/Intranet services. Michael and Scott will also be collecting bus route sign locations using advanced GPS methods for improved routing analysis.

Michael and Scott will soon be wrapping up their studies in the department and will find this opportunity a wonderful compliment to their GIS background. Congratulations to you both!
