Chris Ensminger - GIS Section Supervisor/Coordinator

"As of January 2005, I am the GIS Section Supervisor/GIS Coordinator. My time is pretty evenly split between oversight of the departments GIS staff and coordinating efforts for new projects, contracts, etc. Relative to our total budget, the department has invested very heavily in GIS so there is a lot of attention and value given to what we do. Additionally, we work closely with the Dept. of Transportation, Emergency Management, NRCS, FWS, COE, etc. so there is generally a lot going on. "
